Tim Ferriss on Learning.

A short video from Timothy Ferris (author of the 4 Hour Work Week, 4 Hour Body and 4 Hour Chef), where he discusses the idea that in order to improve our learning, we need to deconstruct what we are learning and not just apply the same old methods. If you haven’t read any of his work, I highly suggest it; it changes the way you think, view the world and shifts your attitude towards work, health, learning and life. Sometimes fear is the key, and you should never let fear stop you. I also heavily support his attitude of ‘whats the worst that can happen’; a phrase I have come to love for the last year or so (prior to ever hearing Tim Ferriss mention it). Leo Babauta from Zenhabits has an interview with Tim on learning and his latest book ‘The 4 Hour Chef’ which is also worth watching (below).
